- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
Meat
- 🥩 180g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to taste
Additional Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the carrot.
In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce and salt and pepper, and massage to marinate.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the carrot and stir-fry briefly. Add garlic and stir-fry together. Return the beef to the pan, add the additional seasonings, and stir-fry quickly.
