- 🐟 2 sardines, cleaned
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 chili, deseeded
Seasoning
- 200cc water
- 50cc vinegar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
