- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 💧 300ml water
Marinade
- 🥛 50g plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, a pinch

Place pork and marinade ingredients (yogurt, curry powder, salt, ginger) in a plastic bag. Massage well, seal, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly, removing the core.
Heat butter in a pan over low heat. Once melted, add onion and 1 tbsp water. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add the marinated pork with its marinade to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add diced tomatoes, water, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 7 minutes.
Serve the curry over rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
