Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🥫 Mayonnaise, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌱 1 tsp grated ginger

Thinly slice the onion.

Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread, add half of the ginger pork mixture, and top with another slice of bread. Repeat to make two sandwiches. Cut into smaller pieces for serving.
