- 🥛 400cc unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp nigari
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Ginger Sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 100cc water
