Vegetable
- 1 burdock root (60g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400 ml water
