Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bag mizuna, cut into 4cm pieces
Protein
- 4 slices ham, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
