- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 6 shiso leaves
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut the root ends off the pea shoots and halve them. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Place the pea shoots in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix all the dressing ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, reduce to low heat, and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and set aside.
Add the pea shoots, shiso leaves, and cooked pork to the bowl with the dressing and mix well.
