Vegetable
- 250g green papaya, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sliced red chili
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Remove seeds and peel the green papaya. Slice it into 7mm thin pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
Slice the green onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add minced garlic. Once fragrant, add pork and red chili. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the green papaya and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Then add green onion and seasoning ingredients (fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper). Mix well and cook until evenly combined.
