Vegetables
- 🌱 80g green peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Protein
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Spices and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
단계
Mince the onion and garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add ground meat and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add minced onion to the pan and sauté until softened. Then add curry powder and mix well.
Add diced tomatoes, soy sauce, consomme, and salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add green peas to the pan and simmer for another 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve the curry over bowls of cooked rice.
