- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Topping
- 🥚 1 soft-boiled egg
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the cabbage into quarters, keeping the core intact.
Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Mix all cheese sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the bacon until crispy, then remove it.
Place the cabbage in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 1 minute on low heat.
Serve the cabbage and bacon on a plate. Top with the soft-boiled egg, drizzle with cheese sauce, and sprinkle pepper.
