Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🍅 6 mini tomatoes
- 10g grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar

Cut the green onion into 4cm pieces and grate the ginger.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar) in a bowl and add the grated ginger.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and grill the green onion over medium heat, turning until browned.
Add mini tomatoes to the pan and sauté briefly until slightly softened.
Transfer the hot ingredients, including the oil, into the marinade bowl and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
