- 2 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 sprigs dill
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
