Fish
- 🐟 200g Spanish mackerel (2 fillets)
Sesame
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Pat the Spanish mackerel fillets dry with a paper towel.
Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add the mackerel fillets and marinate for 5 minutes.
Combine white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds in a container. Coat the skin side of the mackerel fillets with the sesame mixture.
Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
