- 150g ground meat
- 100g garlic chives
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 50ml water
Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp water
- to taste chili oil

Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces.
Mix the batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth, then add garlic chives and ground meat.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
Heat half the sesame oil in a frying pan, spread the batter into a round shape, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Flip the pancake, add the remaining sesame oil around the edges, and cook for another 3 minutes until crispy.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, serve with the sauce on the side.
