Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced (75g)

- 🧀 40g pizza cheese

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Mince the onion and dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground meat, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Add minced onion and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then let cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cooked meat mixture, diced tomato, salt, and pepper.
Heat the frying pan, add pizza cheese, and let it melt slightly. Pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook over low heat for 13–15 minutes. Flip the omelette and cook until golden brown.
Serve on a plate, garnish with parsley, and add ketchup on the side.
