French Toast
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 🧀 2 slices of pizza cheese
- 🍖 2 slices of ham
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 80 ml milk
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🥬 2–3 lettuce leaves
Green Salad
- Tomato & lemon dressing, as needed
- 2–3 sprigs of watercress
- 🥬 2–3 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes

Mix egg, milk, and salt in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into a tray and soak the bread slices, flipping to absorb the egg mixture evenly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, place one slice of bread, top with cheese, ham, and another layer of cheese, then cover with the second slice of bread.
Cook until golden brown, flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Cut in half and plate with vegetables.
Drizzle smoothie dressing over the salad and serve.
