- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 1 bell pepper

- 100g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Meat Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the tomato in half and remove the stem. Dice half for the tomato sauce and cut the other half into wedges. Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Slice the bell pepper into rings.
In a pot, combine diced tomato, olive oil, ketchup, garlic, and salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces by half to make the tomato sauce.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk until absorbed. Add ground meat, onion, and seasonings. Mix until sticky to form the meat mixture.
Spread olive oil in a frying pan using a paper towel. Press the meat mixture evenly into the pan. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, cover, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the meat base onto a plate and return it to the pan. Spread tomato sauce on top, add cheese, tomato wedges, and bell pepper rings. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
