Meat
- 🍖 200g ground beef and pork mix
Binder
- 15g crushed wheat gluten
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
Dairy
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mince the onion and microwave it with butter for 1–2 minutes at 600W. Mix to combine and let cool.
Crush the wheat gluten into fine pieces using a rolling pin or similar tool.
Combine crushed wheat gluten and milk in a bowl, letting it soak. Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper, mixing until sticky. Shape into two oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides, then cover and cook on low heat for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked.
In the same pan, add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, heating until bubbling to create the sauce.
Plate the hamburger steaks and pour the sauce over them.
