- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 💧 400 ml water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water
