Main Ingredients
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- 1/2 block firm tofu (150g)
- Salad oil, as needed
Seasoning for Mixture
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Curry Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat it in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute without covering.
In a bowl, mix all ★ ingredients to prepare the curry mayo sauce.
