- 2 pieces hanpen (200g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- Salad oil, as needed
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch

- Flour, as needed
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs, as needed

Mince the onion and microwave it at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Cut the hanpen diagonally in half and make a slit in the middle to open it.
Mix the tuna mayo ingredients (☆) with the onion in a bowl. Stuff the mixture into the slit of the hanpen.
Coat the stuffed hanpen in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in order.
Heat salad oil to 170°C and fry the coated hanpen until golden brown.
