- 100g harusame noodles
- 2 chicken tenders (100g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Soup
- 💧 300cc water
- 60cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
Toppings
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, halved
- 60g kimchi
- Pinch of white sesame seeds

Julienne the cucumber and cut the boiled egg in half.
Place chicken tenders in a microwave-safe dish, season with sake, salt, and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on, shred into bite-sized pieces, and soak in the cooking juices.
Place harusame noodles in a large microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover (about 400cc), cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Plate the noodles.
Top the noodles with shredded chicken (drained), cucumber, kimchi, and boiled egg halves.
Mix the soup ingredients (water, noodle sauce, vinegar, and chicken cooking juices) in a measuring cup and pour over the plated noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
