- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Herbs and Liquids

- 100cc white wine
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
