Main Ingredients
- 1 pack hiratake mushrooms
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 20g glass noodles
- 3 sticks imitation crab
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the base of the hiratake mushrooms, separate into bite-sized pieces, and microwave in a heatproof container at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
Julienne the cucumber and shred the imitation crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, and drain.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add the seasoning, and mix well.
