Fish
- 🐟 3 fillets horse mackerel (210g)
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block fried tofu (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spring cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Fish
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Nanban Marinade
- 💧 150ml water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Sliced chili to taste
