- 🐟 140g horse mackerel (filleted)
Vegetables

- 200g daikon, sliced
- 1 myoga, sliced
Seasoning

- 1 tsp grated ginger

- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
