Main Ingredients
- 80g ground chicken
- 150g firm tofu
- 4 fried tofu pouches
- 🌱 4 green beans
- 🌽 50g canned corn
Seasoning for Filling
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning for Cooking
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water

Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 5mm pieces.
Cut the fried tofu pouches in half and roll them with chopsticks to open them into pouch shapes.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, and drain excess water. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix green beans, ground chicken, canned corn, tofu, and the filling seasonings until the tofu becomes smooth.
Stuff the tofu pouches with the filling and secure with toothpicks. Repeat to make 8 pieces.
In a pot, combine the cooking seasonings and bring to a boil. Add the stuffed pouches, cover with a drop lid, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Remove the lid and simmer on medium-high heat while shaking the pot until the sauce reduces by half.
