Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of pepper

- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
- 🍋 1 slice of lemon

Remove the skin from the chicken breast, even out the thickness, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and seasonings (salt, garlic, ginger, pepper) into a bag and massage thoroughly.
Add curry powder, ketchup, and yogurt to the bag and massage again.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, wipe off excess marinade from the chicken, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Cover the pan with a lid and steam on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining marinade and mix well.
Plate the tandoori chicken with lettuce, tomato, and lemon slices.
