- 🐟 400g salmon fillet

Vegetables
- 150g grilled tofu
- 1/8 head of cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
