Fish
- 🐟 150g sardine fillets
Cheese / Dairy
- 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 50g chives
- 40g snap peas
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Toppings
- 30g grated daikon
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
