Main Ingredients
- 80g ground chicken
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 250g pea sprouts
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Egg Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Additional Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Cut the roots off the pea sprouts and divide them into thirds. Set aside 1/3 for topping.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them. Add the egg seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the additional seasoning ingredients and stir until the liquid evaporates.
Add the pea sprouts to the pan and stir briefly. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir in a circular motion. Cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes until the eggs set. Sprinkle the reserved pea sprouts on top.
