- 🐟 2 fillets kabosu yellowtail
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- Baby leaf vegetables, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Pat the kabosu yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Chop the cherry tomatoes finely.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail fillets and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add the chopped tomatoes and the garlic butter sauce ingredients (soy sauce, grated garlic, and butter). Heat until the sauce starts to bubble.
Place the cooked yellowtail fillets on a plate, pour the garlic butter sauce over them, and garnish with baby leaf vegetables.
