Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Beef
- 🥩 150g beef short ribs
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs chopped parsley
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
Kalbi Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- Pinch of grated ginger
Garnish
- Pinch of chili threads

Mix the marinade ingredients in a tray, add the beef, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until golden brown, then remove the garlic.
Add rice to the same pan and stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil. Return the garlic, add parsley, salt, and pepper, then stir-fry. Add butter and soy sauce, stir quickly, and plate.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add the beef, and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Place on top of the rice and garnish with chili threads.
