- 🐟 150g katsuo (bonito fillet)
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
