Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped (100g)
- 1 green pepper, chopped (30g)
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Chop the onion into coarse pieces. Cut the green pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and chop it coarsely.
Slice the sausages into 3mm thick rounds.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once half melted, add the onion and sausages, and sauté until the onion becomes tender.
Add the green pepper and seasonings (ketchup, consomme, salt, and pepper) to the pan. Sauté for about 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine everything evenly.
