- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 20g dried daikon strips
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water

- 🌿 a pinch of chopped parsley

Rinse the dried daikon strips thoroughly with water, squeeze out the excess water, and cut them into bite-sized lengths using kitchen scissors.
Slice the bacon into thin strips.
In a pot, combine the dried daikon, bacon, and all seasonings (consommé, salt, pepper, and water). Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the daikon softens.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
