Rice
- 🍚 150g cooked rice
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 65g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Pinch of black pepper

Wrap the komatsuna in plastic wrap after rinsing with water, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool, rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
Trim the root ends of the komatsuna and cut into 1cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add komatsuna and bacon, and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute. Add rice and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy.
Add the seasonings (salt, consomme, butter, black pepper) and stir until the butter melts and everything is well combined.
