- 🎃 4 slices (120g) thinly sliced pumpkin
- 🌱 6 pieces okra
Seasoning
- 1 piece kombu
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 💧 100 ml water
- 🍶 100 ml vinegar
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
