- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Boil the konjac in water over medium heat for 2 minutes after it starts boiling, then drain.
Trim the shiitake stems and make a cross-cut on the caps.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add konjac and shiitake, and stir-fry over medium heat until the konjac is browned.
Add the seasoning mixture and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces.
