- 1 piece konjac (270g)
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 1/2 pack enoki mushroom (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of sliced chili
- Pinch of chopped green onion
Mushroom Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut diagonal slits on both sides of the konjac and slice into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the king oyster mushroom and trim the enoki mushroom roots, then cut in half and separate.
Boil water in a pan and cook the konjac for 2–3 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add grated garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant. Add the konjac and cook over medium heat until browned, then transfer to a serving plate.
Using the same pan, sauté the king oyster and enoki mushrooms over medium heat until softened.
Add the mushroom sauce ingredients (sake, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir well. Pour the sauce over the konjac and garnish with chopped green onion.
