Seaweed
- 🌿 2 sheets roasted seaweed
Oil
- Sesame oil, as needed
Seasoning

Cut the roasted seaweed sheets in half along the shorter edge.
Place one piece of seaweed horizontally and brush a thin layer of sesame oil on the surface. Sprinkle a light layer of salt evenly. Repeat with another piece of seaweed, stacking it on top of the first. Repeat for all 4 pieces.
Heat a frying pan over low heat. Place one prepared seaweed piece in the pan and toast until fragrant and crispy. Flip and toast the other side. Repeat for all 4 pieces.
Let the toasted seaweed cool slightly, then cut each piece into thirds along the longer edge using kitchen scissors.
