Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasoning
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Beef Marinade
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 100cc water
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Julienne the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl.
Mix the beef marinade ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe dish. Add the beef, coat well, and spread evenly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and remove excess moisture.
Plate the noodles, top with cucumber, beef, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle sesame seeds and pour the dipping sauce over.
