- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and pierce them with a fork in several places.
Slice two thin pieces of lemon and squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, garlic) with the lemon juice in a bowl. Add the chicken wings and massage the marinade into them. Let them sit for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken wings and cook, turning occasionally, until browned.
Cover the pan and steam the chicken wings over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase the heat to medium, and evaporate any remaining liquid. Add the lemon slices and stir-fry briefly.
