- 1 tsp chicken stock powder

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cooked rice, sesame oil, chicken stock powder, and egg. Mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Add tuna and mix. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces and spread them over the rice mixture. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 1–2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
