- 100g lotus root
- 🥕 50g carrot
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
