Cut mozzarella cheese and camembert cheese into bite-sized pieces. Slice sausages diagonally in half.
Separate broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem thickly and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until tender. Drain excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned.
In a pot, heat white wine over medium heat until boiling to evaporate alcohol. Add mozzarella and camembert cheese, stirring for 4–5 minutes until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and transfer to a serving dish.
Arrange the cheese fondue in a separate dish and serve with broccoli, sausages, and cherry tomatoes.
