Main
- 10g agar threads
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil for finishing
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Thickening
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Soak agar threads in water to rehydrate, then drain. Mince green onion and cut chives into 3cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (chicken stock powder, sake, sugar, doubanjiang, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid reduces.
Add minced green onion and chives, stir-frying to combine. Pour in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat, add agar threads, and mix quickly. Drizzle sesame oil for finishing and serve.
