Pasta
- 🍝 50g macaroni
Protein
- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper (30g), sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥢 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce

Thinly slice the onion. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice into 5mm strips.
Cut the sausages into 1cm slices.
In a pot, combine macaroni, sausages, onion, butter, salt, pepper, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cook for 2 minutes less than the macaroni package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Increase to medium-high heat and cook until the water evaporates, stirring occasionally. Add bell pepper and seasonings, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
