Fish
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1/3 head cauliflower
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 40g asparagus (2 stalks)
Liquid
- 500ml water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Prepare the vegetables by chopping the cauliflower, shimeji mushrooms, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add the mackerel (including the liquid from the can), cauliflower, mushrooms, and asparagus.
Season the soup with salt, butter, ketchup, curry powder, dried basil, chicken stock powder, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
Simmer the soup for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Boil the eggs separately, peel, and add them to the soup before serving.
